What merchant will show on my credit card?
TTLC Internet will be the merchant name for all credit card accounts. TTLC Internet and Link2Exchange are owned by the parent company Seacoast Telecommunications Service Bureau, Inc.

When will I expect my monthly charges to be billed?
Link2Exchange charges are prorated to the first of the month and billed on the first each month thereafter. TTLC Internet charges are billed on the anniversary date of the plan you added.

How do I cancel my service?
Please contact billing from our contact form here, or call us M-F 9AM-4PM EST at 888-509-8555 and select option 2. We will need your name, telephone number, and the plan name or email address you would like to close. For security purposes, we require either your billing password or the last 4 digits of the credit card you use.

How do I find my registration number and billing password?
If you have a copy of your Invoice or Statement, you may find the Registration number in the upper right hand corner. The billing password is the same password you would have provided during signup. If you do not have either of these, please contact billing from our contact form here, or call us M-F 9AM-4PM EST at 888-509-8555 and select option 2.
