Seacoast Telecommunication Service Bureau, dba TTLC Internet and
TTLC Digital Communications, dba TTLC Wireless return policy is as
follows:
Above companies will refund in full, 100 per cent of all
payments received for its products and services less the value of any
damage and or wear and tear on equipment, if any. This refund policy applies to
the first 14 days after the date of sale. After the 14th day, refunds will not
be provided for equipment purchase price or any activation or set-up fee. After
the 14th day, a prorata portion of service fees will be refunded. The portion
is calculated by multiplying the amount of service purchased in the last
billing period multiplied by a fraction with the numerator being the number of
days left in the billing period and the denominator being the number of total
days in the billing period. In addition, any prepaid amounts for future billing
periods will be refunded.
When refunds are requested after the first 14
days and the initial sale price was a special promotion, the refund will be
based on normal retail prices. For example, when a customer subscribes to an
annual internet plan, the set up charge and one month normal fee is waived.
Should the customer cancel and request a refund after utilizing 5 months of
service, the refund will be calculated by subtracting the normal retail set up
charge plus the normal price for 5 months of service from the amount the
customer paid for annual service.
Customer may cancel and request a
refund by telephone, offering sufficient identification, or in
writing.
